Q: How do I receive the songs/albums I've ordered? A: After placing your order successfully, you should recieve an e-mail at the address you specified in the order, containing links to any audio, video or artwork you ordered. Q: How long are the download links valid for? A: Once the order is placed, you have 24 hours to download any material ordered. Also, download links have a limit of three download attempts. If you attempt to download an individual link more than three times, the link will become unavailable. Q: What should I do if I have an issue with a link or I did not receive an e-mail with my order? A: If you did not receive an e-mail with your order or if you are having a problem with the links provided, feel free to contact us.
